Do I need to create an account?

Not for the free plan. Just forward emails and we'll reply. If you upgrade to a paid plan, you'll create an account during checkout so you can manage your subscription and family members.

The free plan includes 3 checks per month. Plus plan includes 25, and Family plan includes 100 shared checks. You can also earn bonus checks by referring friends.

What does the email analysis include?

We check link safety against Google's threat database, verify sender authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC), analyze attachments for hidden threats, detect scam patterns and urgency tricks, and spot impersonation attempts from banks, Amazon, PayPal, etc.

What is the Family plan for?

The Family plan is designed for one person — typically an adult child, spouse, or caregiver — to set up and manage email protection on behalf of family members like parents or grandparents. You create the account, add family members' email addresses, and they can forward suspicious emails without needing their own accounts.

How do I add family members?

Two ways: Via email — send 'add family' followed by the email address to help@checkthis.email. Or via dashboard — sign in at checkthis.email/dashboard and use the Family Members section.

Do you store my emails?

Accepted Answer

No. Emails are analyzed in real-time by our AI and then immediately deleted. We don't keep copies of the emails you forward.

Can anyone at Check This Email see my emails?

No. Only our AI system processes your emails, and they're deleted immediately after analysis. No humans have access to them — not even our support team.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, the world's leading online payment processor. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified and handles payments for companies like Amazon, Google, and Shopify. We never see or store your credit card number.

Can I cancel anytime?
